Led the Brookfield Properties Retail New York Urban Retail Development Team during the acquisition and redevelopment of the existing street level retail as a joint venture with Thor Equities.  Work included redevelopment of first floor retail, adding additional cellar and second floor retail and incorporating a storefront façade replacement.
