Over the past 30 years, Mark Witte, President, has worked as an Architect, Developer and Owner’s Representative for many outstanding architectural firms and commercial real estate companies. He has led dozens of prominent and award-winning real estate projects across the United States including mixed-use, multi-unit residential, hotels, and retail complexes. As the Founder of Oncore Consulting, he now brings that knowledge and experience to a select group of clients. His focus is on creating and optimizing solutions to drive projects to achieve superior results. Successful projects and solutions are created by focusing on process, innovation, and implementation. Utilizing his experience and relationships through the industry, he is able to execute and complete projects in a timely and cost effective manner.
