Led the Brookfield Properties New York Urban Retail Development Team during the acquisition and redevelopment of the first 2 floors of existing retail at this prominent Fifth Avenue location. As part of a joint venture partnership with Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation, the project included creating a new modern glass retail façade and provide required upgrades to the interior space for future tenants.
