WESTLAKE CENTER Retail Redevelopment and Façade Replacement 

As Senior Director of Design and Construction for Brookfield Properties Retail, led the overall design and planning for the repositioning of this urban retail center in the heart of Seattle, which included designs for the reconfiguration and renovation of interior areas, conversion of existing inline retailing into large format retail, and the replacement of the dated façade. RTKL/Callison was the led Architect for the project which has redefined the Westlake district and won several regional architectural awards.
